Ticket Exchange Options
In this section you'll find all the tools necessary to make the most of your ballpark experience. |
Option 1: Exchange for future tickets
As Grizzlies season ticket holders, you need to be fully aware of your options when it comes to utilizing all of your tickets. We want you to enjoy every single ticket you purchase, and experience the flexibility that this program offers you, whether you attend all 72 home games or not. Here are the guidelines:
Return any unused season tickets in exchange for another regular season game of your choosing.
Tickets can be exchanged for any remaining regular season game, excluding July 4th and the Giants Exhibition Game.
Tickets can be exchanged in advance or following a missed game.
Tickets can be exchanged on the day of your preferred game unless you have a block of 25 or more.
Tickets will be exchanged for comparable seating, based on availability, except for Luxury Suite tickets, which will be exchanged for best available 600 Club seats.
There are no upgrades on ticket exchanges.
Due to the high concentration of season ticket holders in the Diamond Box and Field Box sections, exchange tickets will most likely be located in Field Level Reserved, Super View, or Terrace View areas, depending on the game date.

Option 2: Donate to Swing For Kids
Each year the Grizzlies have hundreds of non-profit organizations request ticket donations. Full Season Ticket Holders can help us fulfill those requests by donating their unused tickets. This allows local children to enjoy a night of fun at the ballpark that they otherwise couldn’t afford. We will provide you with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Grizzlies Community Fund in recognition of your generosity, and acknowledge your support over the PA system on the night your tickets are used.
If you can’t use some of your season tickets, someone else can! Help create lasting memories for local underprivileged kids! Feel free to call us at (559) 320-HITS for more information. You may also return your unused season tickets to the Grizzlies Ticket Office.
