Stadium Rules
For the comfort and safety of our guests, everyone entering the stadium is subject to search.

The following items are not permitted on the premises: Bottles, cans, alcohol, illegal drugs, outside food and beverages, backpacks, fireworks, firearms or other weapons, airhorns, skateboards, roller skates, strollers, stools or folding chairs, fishing nets, umbrellas, laser pointers, professional recording devices of any kind, and animals (except certified service dogs for guests with disabilities).

Smoking is not allowed except for in the designated smoking area in Tulare Plaza.

Handicap Seating is available by request. When purchasing tickets, you can request either wheelchair spots (spots located next to seats where you can watch the game from your wheelchair) or “Semi-Ambulatory” seating (larger seats located at the top of certain sections that do not require going down stairs and provide more leg room). Wheelchair spots are located next to another seat should the person wishing to use the wheelchair wish to sit next to a friend or family member. The seat next to the wheelchair spot must be purchased separately. There is handicap seating available for every ticket price level.

How can I get a message played on the Grizzlies message board?
Visit the Courtesy Booth (on the concourse behind home plate) before the end of the 4th inning and write out your message. For only $20, we’ll display your message on the Matrix Board for all to see and read it as a P.A. Announcement at the end of the 6th inning!

Do babies or small children require a ticket?
Children 3 and older require a ticket.

If a game is rained out, can I exchange my ticket for a ticket to another game?
Yes, but only if the game is officially rained out (the game is terminated before the end of the fifth inning).
